As you might have come to expect recently, since I am working on a new trend report which covers the use of AI and the impact it will have on work in the future, this post captures articles heavily loaded in this direction. They touch on the following topics specifically:

  • AI and Work: Articles that discuss the impact of AI on future work, highlighting both the advantages and challenges.
  • AI Leadership: There’s a focus on how AI can enhance leadership and the evolving nature of leadership in an AI-driven era.
  • Customer Experience: The decline in customer experience in the U.S. is noted, with a third consecutive year of worsening. I think this is a global trend.
  • AI Adoption: Businesses are adopting generative AI rapidly and the complexities involved in monetizing these technologies and a report on global AI adoption rates and the significant increase in generative AI use in 2024.
