SenseMaking from the Web is a curated list of recent articles I’ve read and thought worth sharing with my subscribers. I’ve automated this but the curation, which is a discerning process, is all human. I’ve added some commentary.

Common themes this week are the need for accelerated progress with AI experiments into production, especially with Agents. Building very specific Agents, targeting pain points or opportunities is key. Getting them into users’ hands and validating fast is crucial.

Another theme is around creativity and how AI is either threatening it or enhancing it. Verdict still out.

Finally, the fears of a two-tier adoption paradox between managers and users. Skilling plays a large part in overcoming the challenges.
